We want to thank Former Mayor Tom Phelan for his endorsement. Mayor Phelan and his family have dedicated much of their time and effort to our City. The Phelans have always been willing to help our community in any way possible. Mayor Phelan has typically (wisely) stayed out of elections which makes this endorsement all the more significant.
